Purchase:
Real estate purchase is the biggest investment you might make in your life and for some it is the first time you meet a lawyer. I work closely with real estate agents, mortgage and insurance brokers to ensure that nothing can delay your possession date. I provide my clients with quality services at competitive pricing and do everything I can to make your real estate transaction go smoothly.
Sale:
During the 8 years of my practice, many of my clients have bought and sold properties. Some have left Manitoba for another province and sold their property in Manitoba. I am honoured to be a trusted person for my clients. They are assured that their sale is in good hands, the transaction will be completed and funds will be deposited to their account as directed. It is always a pleasure to see returning clients.
New Construction:
I have worked with most of the builders in the Province, and am familiar with their agreements. If you decide to build a new property in Manitoba, I will be happy to explain your agreement with a builder of your choice. While construction agreements almost always remain unchanged, due to the timing of a possession date, there are points that you must understand before finalizing your deal, as things can change from the time of you enter into agreement and your house is built.
Refinancing/adding or removing a party to or from your title:
If you already own a property and wish to make changes to your title e.g. you want to get a new mortgage or add or remove someone from the title, I am happy to discuss the details with you and analyze whether your desired transaction is viable.
Pricing:
I prefer to speak to my clients personally and estimate fees on an individual basis. Due to the nature of the transaction, lender, and the timing of your possession date your price may vary.
